Kathy Saxondale is an actor, singer and writer.

She spent her early career as a teacher of modern languages and later as a therapist.

She always enjoyed jazz singing and writing and in 2009 when an old friend asked her to help out on a stage production of The King and I, she decided to retrain her voice and take some acting lessons. She was hooked. 

Since 2009 she has appeared in several stage and film productions playing characters as diverse as Lady Macbeth to Karen Cooper, the lead in the horror feature 'Night of the Living Dead: Resurrection' (North Bank Entertainment). It is due to be released in May 2012 by Lionsgate Entertainment. 

Kathy enjoys jazz, horse riding, sailing and skiing. She is married and has two beautiful children.
